Take a journey behind the scenes of a big budget fantasy series and see up close over 80 of the visually stunning costumes from the Amazon/Sony fantasy series The Wheel of Time. This November Manes will be hosting a first-of-its-kind exhibition, which will guide you through a series of rooms and environments where you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the many fantasy worlds from this unique show.
The exhibition showcases over 80 fantasy costumes, many on a couture level and demonstrates a wide range of textile techniques, leather work, innovative cutting techniques, 3D printing, laser cutting, embroidery and appliqué along with dramatic accessories and state of the art jewellery.
The Wheel of Time is an acclaimed Amazon/Sony TV show based on a series of bestseller fantasy books written by Robert Jordan.
The stars of the show include Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl, I Care a Lot, Saltburn), Josha Stradowski (Grand Turismo), Natasha O’Keefe (Peaky Blinders) , Kate Fleetwood (Harlots), Sophie Okonedo (Slow Horses), Daniel Henney, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Alvaro Morte and many others.
